The BISF, as an independent think-tank promotes policies that support Sustainable Development. The BISF is registered as a private limited company under company Act XVIII of 1994, Bangladesh.
The BISF works across all social and development sectors and advocates for policies that ensure sustainable, peaceful and inclusive society.
BISF is a network of experienced practitioners who collaborates with policy makers, CSOs, development partners, private sector and academic communities across the globe to generate ideas for multidimensional governance improvements and conducts research, survey, facilitates networks, advances policy debate, analyze socio-political and economic trends and international politics.
BISF promotes inclusive actions for sustainable future through bringing innovations in action research, consultations, advocacy by connecting people and research with policies and programmes.

Chairman
Is a young entrepreneur in Ready Made Garments manufacturing. He is enterprising, extrovert and customer focused business person with continuous focus to build new business and adapt with adverse changes. Before concentrating in business he worked for United Nations in Bangladesh. As a development professional he used to work for Programme Finance, Results and Resource Management.
He also has a vast knowledge on Politics and Parliamentary Affairs of Bangladesh. Besides his Business he is involved with international NGO activities and development research. He is also involved in charity and service oriented support for the pro poor through skill development programmes and sponsoring underprivileged students in his village. He completed his graduation in Computer Science and MBA from North
South University.
Managing Director
Is a skilled and highly effective self motivated Political Governance strategic professional, with more than 9 years of experience in analyzing political situations, trends, political economy analysis, programme/project design and management with particular focus in the area of Political Governance.
Adept at providing a range of advice about policy issues, institutional development, analyzing political situations as well as being able to conduct political economy analyses, strategic planning, negotiation, governance assessment framework development among others. He has a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Jahangirnagar University,
Dhaka, Bangladesh.
